"Mini make-it Mondays: Creative studio" is here to offer a weekly creative drop-in for children throughout summer holidays. ArtSpace will be open to young creatives every Monday from 2pm to 4.30pm. Thanks to the support of Julia Rausing Trust, we are bringing something special this summer - apart from the general drop in (that you don't need to book for and can simply turn up and pay card/cash at the door), we invited local artists to lead tutored sessions during the drop in hours. We will have a different tutor introducing a different technique each week (and this is the bit you need to book for). Each week we will run two hour long sessions back to back (starting 2pm and 3.15pm). Booking for this hour long session guarantees your place for the tutored session and we also encourage you to make the most of the drop-in opening hours and enjoy the creative freedom of ArtSpace drop-ins and create whatever inspires you when you are not participating in the tutored session. This week Sophie (https://www.sophiestockart.com/) will lead a collage session. Immerse with Sophie into the world of colours and let your imagination lead the way. All materials and refreshments will be provided. These sessions are suitable for children aged 3 and older. Due to the funder's requirements, we will be taking some pictures during the session. Please let us know on the day if you don't want your child to be photographed. Thank you for your understanding.
